Each panel combines lightweight EPS insulation with structural OSB or plywood sheathing, creating a strong, reliable roofing component that supports foot traffic and jobsite handling. Unlike some insulation products, EPS offers stable long-term thermal performance with no thermal drift. FMI-EPS states that the insulating properties remain constant over the life of the roof, and the product is available with a 20-year thermal performance warranty. EPS Nailbase
